We ship anywhere within South Africa where registered courier companies operate.
If a delivery address falls outside standard courier service areas, is classified as a remote location, or is designated by the courier as a special or high-risk delivery zone, additional delivery time, surcharges, or alternative delivery arrangements may apply.
In such cases, beLux reserves the right to:

Arrange delivery to a courier pickup point

Apply an additional courier surcharge
We will contact you before proceeding with shipment if any changes are required.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–10 business days after payment has been successfully received.

If shipping insurance is not selected, beLux cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged items once the parcel has been handed over to the courier.
Tracking Information
Where available, tracking details will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active after dispatch.
Incorrect Address Details
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information.
beLux is not responsible for:

Delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses

Failed delivery attempts due to incomplete information
If a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect details, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
Delays & Courier Responsibility
Once an order has been handed to the courier, delivery is managed by the courier company.
beLux is not liable for delays caused by:

Strikes or industrial action

Public holidays

Events beyond our reasonable control
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date)

Provide photos or relevant details where applicable
Claims may be handled through the courier or shipping insurance provider, depending on whether insurance was selected.
Risk of Loss
Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order has been dispatched to the courier, except where shipping insurance has been added.
